This program is designed for high school students who need guidance, resources, and support to help them confidently and resiliently navigate the path to higher education. The program will provide mentorship by recent college graduates and university admin officials in various areas to help participants achieve their goals. Focus areas include:

Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics (STEM) Mentorship Program
Participants connect with seasoned mentors in various STEM fields tailored to their unique interests and aspirations. Whether they're interested in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or any other area of STEM, we have mentors ready to guide them on their path.
In addition to general STEM guidance, our program also offers specialized support for those interested in cybersecurity. We provide resources and mentorship to help them navigate the certification process for CISSP, CASP+, and other relevant certifications.
Financial Literacy Program
Whether you're a high school student learning the basics of budgeting or a young professional planning for major life milestones, through a combination of workshops, seminars, one-on-one coaching sessions, and interactive online resources, Participants learn a wide range of topics, including
Budgeting and Financial Planning
Learn how to create and stick to a budget, set financial goals, and develop a plan for achieving them.
Saving and Investing
Understand the importance of saving for the future and explore different investment options to help grow wealth
Debt Management
Gain strategies for managing debt responsibly, including credit card debt, student loans, and mortgages.
Retirement Planning

This program will also cover how to access the Maryland Cancer Fund, which awards grants to individuals who are low-income Maryland residents for cancer diagnosis and treatment.
