LINDA’S WAY $5,000 HOLIDAY GIVEAWAY – GAME RULES
Promotion Period: November 28 – December 17
1. Eligibility
The nominee must be a family currently affected by cancer.
Must reside within the United States.
May be nominated by someone else or self-nominate.
One nomination per family; duplicate submissions may be merged.
Selected families must be able to provide basic verification.
Nominees must consent to limited story sharing if selected.
2. How to Enter
Submit a nomination form between November 28 and December 17.
Each nomination must include:
Nominator information
Nominee information
Cancer-impact statement (Minimum 300 words). Use of AI to write an impact statement is prohibited.
Consent acknowledging accuracy
Incomplete or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
No purchase or donation required to enter or win.
3. Entry Window
Opens: November 28 at 12:00 PM EST
Closes: December 17 at 11:59 PM EST
Entries outside this window will not be accepted.
4. Selection Process
A Review Committee evaluates nominations based on:
Need (0–40 points)
Impact on family (0–30 points)
Story clarity (0–20 points)
Verification readiness (0–10 points)
The highest-scoring family is selected. Sponsor may request supporting documentation.
5. Prize Details
One family will receive $5,000.
Payment options include cashier’s check, bank transfer, or Zelle.
No prize substitutions or transfers allowed.
The recipient is responsible for any tax obligations.
6. Winner Notification
Potential winner contacted privately on or about December 18, 25.
Public winner announcement made on December 19 and 25, via Instagram and Linda’s Way website.
If the winner cannot be reached within 24 hours, an alternate may be selected.
7. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to abide by all rules and decisions made by Linda’s Way. Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if technical issues or fraud arise.
